We are now holding safe and intimate gatherings for those on a healing journey or who need additional and non-biased support in some way.
We believe every struggle deserves compassion, a safe space to share, and an opportunity to heal. Jen and Anita will be your guides for these circles.
The Healing Circle will be held on one Saturday per month from 9-10:30am. Seating is limited. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
We invite anyone who may be impacted in some way, but not limited to, any of the following:
Loss of a job or career (fired, let go, or retired)
Separation or loss of a relationship (friendship, partner, child, etc.)Grief or the loss of a loved one
Substance abuse recovery or involved with someone in recovery
Mental, emotional, financial, or physical abuse (past or present)
Depression, anxiety, fear
Going through or contemplating divorce
Difficult relationship with a child, partner, co-worker, friend...
Illness - such as cancer, long-term effects from covid, disease
Struggle with weight or body image
Feeling abandoned, lost, or disoriented in life
Each circle session will be different because the attendees and content will differ. However, you can expect that we will incorporate some of the flowing at each session:
Group sharing (you are not expected to share if you do not want to)
Meditation
Sound Bath
Journaling
Breathwork
