In 2021 & 2022, we offered a 5-month workshop series called Lifecycle. For 2024, we decided to offer Lifecycle in bits & pieces hoping to attract more people to try it out and learn about their design. This workshop is what we consider to be the “Intro Workshop” to knowing and aligning with your design. While you do not have to take this workshop to take our other classes, it’s information that once armed with, helps you navigate the rest of your design. We are planning on offering this workshop a few times throughout 2024.

Understanding of Human Design: Grasp the origins, principles, and significance of this intricate system that merges astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, chakra system, and quantum physics.
The Five Energy Types: Dive deep into the characteristics, roles, and potentials of the Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, and Reflector. Discover the unique aura, energy dynamics, and purpose of each type.
Decision-Making Strategies: Learn about the specific strategies associated with each type, empowering you to navigate life with greater ease, clarity, and authenticity.
Practical Application: Engage in interactive exercises and discussions, translating the knowledge into actionable insights for your daily life.
Personal Chart Overview: Familiarize yourself with the basic components of your Human Design chart and learn how to find information and interpret your own.
PREREQUISITE:
To benefit fully from our workshops, attendees should have access to their accurate birth time information. However, for this intro workshop, Jen can run your chart for a few times in the day and narrow down your Type, Strategy, and Authority. Some of the more advanced workshops will need an exact birth time.
You do not need to have taken any other workshop with us to take this class. This is the introductory workshop!
This workshop will give you a solid foundation for our other Navigating Your Design workshops.

Anita and Jen are amazing teachers with kind souls. Their patience and knowledge about astrology and human design is mind-blowing. The amount of time and effort they put into the classes was amazing.
