THE ASTRO WEATHER OF THE
SPRING EQUINOX
The Spring Equinox occurs in March Aries season, the beginning of the tropical zodiac— forming a natural correspondence between Aries, Mars (ruler of Aries), and the season of Spring. It is a time of direction and firm action to assist, build and establish the roots of the forthcoming year. Aries represents the momentum of taking charge and moving forward, tending to things that you want to take hold and bring into manifestation in the upcoming year.

WHAT WILL WE DO AT THIS WORKSHOP?
The “Wheel of the Year” workshops explore the current energies in order to help you set intentional goals/patterns for the next three months. The workshop leans towards using astrology themes and planetary "magick" correspondences to help bring forth a new conscious direction in your life.
The greater purpose is to bring more awareness into your life. If you are aware of specific energy patterns coming in for you, you are more likely to take advantage of them, sidestep or reroute things if needed, or take a deep breath knowing the energy will dissipate at some point.
THE ENERGIES
There are three big transits coming up in this next quarter. During this workshop, we’ll discuss the energies of this transit and what it might mean for you in the coming year.
ASTROLOGICAL PLANETARY MOVEMENT
On March 8, Saturn moved into Pisces and will be there for the next 2.5 years. This period of time will bring the disciplined nature of Saturn energy to the most undisciplined areas of your life - your Pisces themes. You will be challenged to focus on and reform things you may have been neglecting in your life.
The last time Saturn was in Pisces was roughly 30 years ago (1994-1996).
On March 23, Pluto dips into Aquarius for two months (Mar-May 2023). During this time, we will begin to feel an energy shift that will be with us for the next 20 years (Nov 2024-2044). If you have Capricorn on a Cardinal axis, you are likely already experiencing the pull of this transit (and likely hasn’t been any fun). Pluto is a slow-moving astral body, taking 248 yrs to orbit the Sun. It symbolizes considerable transformations in the areas of the sign it is moving through. As a slow-moving planet, transformational growth will also be slow-moving. Pluto's energy is most seen in societal shifts but can also be very personal, especially if Pluto makes aspects to your natal planets during his transit.
The last time Pluto was in Aquarius was roughly 248 years ago (1778-1798).
On May 17, Jupiter moves into Taurus for an entire year. Hopefully, this will be a favorable transit for you, as Jupiter is the planet representing luck, expansion, and growth. We will discuss these three transits, and you'll have a chance to explore where these energies fall in your chart and are happening in your life.
The last time Jupiter was in Taurus was 12 years ago (2011-2012).

Set Your Intentions
Using the iChing & Tarot, you'll do a reading for yourself for the upcoming quarter.
Write out your first month’s goals. Nothing can manifest without action.
Create an Energy Sigil based on your intentions.
Carve or draw your energy sigil into your candle and then dress it with planetary oil and herbs you mix. You will take your candle home to burn on the Equinox.
Burn Ceremony
Charge your Sigil and Candle using sound.
At the end of the workshop, we drop everyone's written intention into the pot and let them burn out to co-create with the Universe setting them on the path to return to you threefold.
THE COMMUNITY
These workshops are a time to share and find insight into your own self. Some carry more openly chatty energy during the workshop, while other months are quieter introspection focusing on writing your intentions. It's all about the flow of the energy mix of the women who attend.
You do not need to know your birth time to take this workshop. However, your birth time and place provide extra detail to see WHERE these transit energies are showing up in your life.
DO I NEED TO KNOW ASTROLOGY? THIS SOUNDS VERY “ASTRO SPEAK”
No, but you do need to be open to hearing astrology terms and discussing the planetary energy cycles. The patterns and energy cycles of our Solar System and the greater Universe affect life on our planet. There is a correlation between the movement above the Earth and the movement on the Earth.
